Do You Accept Extended Health Care Benefits?

I am registered with Green Shield, and many other insurance companies accept my services; however, it's best to check with your individual benefit and insurance policy.

According to the Canadian Revenue Agency, receipts can be submitted as medical expenses on your personal income tax.

How Long Will I Be In Therapy?

The therapeutic process is based on individual issues, needs and readiness for therapy. Therefore, the answer to this question is as unique as the individual.

Is Free Parking Available?

Parking is always free when we return to in-person sessions.

What Are The Fees For Service?

We offer various services, and rates based on working with Sandy, Farhana, or an intern. We still offer a free 30-minute consultation.

Payment is through Visa, MasterCard, American Express or e-transfer paid prior to the session.

What Happens When I Come For My First Visit?

If you haven't already completed an intake form, we will help you do so. Your meeting will be gentle, and you'll not be asked a multitude of questions.

We believe that you will tell your therapist what you would like them to know when you're ready for them to know it.

It is important that you feel that they are a good fit for you, your needs and issues. Most people need to establish a level of trust and safety before sharing their most inner thoughts, feelings and the issues that brought them to therapy.

The only question that your therapist will ask is, "What made you contact us?" or "What brought you here today?"

What Is The Process For Therapy?

The therapeutic journey is to help you gain awareness, strategies and strengths so you can take control and have a more productive life.

See the Therapeutic Journey for more information.

Is My Therapy Confidential?

We provide fully confidential, private, non-judgmental services.

Even after the conclusion of your therapeutic journey, we are still here for you. Have more questions? Let's connect.
