The counselling process is based on individual issues, needs and readiness for change. Therefore, the answer to this question is as unique as the individual.

Payment is through Visa, MasterCard, American Express or e-transfer paid prior to the session.
If you haven't already completed an intake form, I will help you do so. Your meeting will be gentle, and you'll not be asked a multitude of questions.
I believe that you will tell me what you would like me to know when you're ready for me to know it.
It is important that you feel that I am a good fit for you, your needs and issues. Most people need to establish a level of trust and safety before sharing their most inner thoughts, feelings and the issues that brought them to counselling.
The only question that I will ask is, "What made you contact me?" or "What brought you here today?"
